About Kelley
Kelley Diona Miller was born in the heart of Panama City, FL. At eighteen, inspired by vibrant energy and opportunity, she moved to Orlando, FL, to attend the University of Central Florida.
Kelley is a dedicated community leader with an extensive record of service. She currently serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Seminole County NAACP Branch and has previously held roles as secretary and 3rd Vice President. Her leadership extends across numerous organizations, including serving as a board member for the Greater Orlando Society for Human Resources Management, President of her Homeowners Association, Life Coach for Jobs Partnership, Leadership Seminole alumna, board member for the Association of Talent & Development, SEMDEMS Diversity Chair and Precinct Captain, Seminole County delegate for the Florida Democratic Party, and volunteer for Florida Voters Protection during the 2016 elections.
Professionally, Kelley holds the SHRM-CP certification and is a Certified Facilitator in Addiction Awareness for HR (CFAA-HR). She is also a Certified Master Trainer and teaches Human Resources and Project Management Professional certifications to help individuals enhance their career opportunities. A sought-after speaker, Kelley presents at conferences and workshops on a wide range of HR topics. She most recently earned the Mental Health First Responder designation.
Kelley remains deeply committed to supporting others and strengthening her community. She has lived in the Sanford/Lake Mary area since 2009. This year, she and her son Keagan Elias are setting off on a new adventure and moving to the St. Johns, FL area.
